Celebrating outstanding achievement for innovation in art, society & technology, and the creative imagination that will shape our future. It celebrates creative projects in any medium that offer a new and unique way to experience or see the world and help to bring the future into the present. The winner receives a £10,000 cash prize and the FutureEverything Trophy.
The award spans social innovation, technology and art practice, with a focus on artistic or technical innovations which enable positive social change, or that bring the future into the present. Projects which combine these dimensions (art, society, technology) best reflect the character of the Award. However, a project that is outstanding in just one of these areas is eligible to win, for example, an art project with no social innovation aspect, or a social innovation project without a creative, design or art aspect.
