The Digital Creativity Conference asked what are the new opportunities created by digital technologies, for art practice, and art institutions. It was staged in Tokyo by British Council on 12-13 February 2011.
The British Council should be congratulated in bringing together such a fantastic lineup of speakers from the UK and Japan, and for their success in capturing the zeitgeist and staging for the first time in Japan a conversation between the art and commerce, and between a wide range of sectors, include art, design and technology.
A video report, interviews and conference blog by British Council is here, the speaker list is here, and videos of conference talks can be viewed here.
