FutureEverything requires full photographic documentation of its upcoming Singapore festival, 10-18th October 2015. All elements of the festival are to be documented, including conference sessions, participatory labs and workshops, installations, performances and public realm activity.
All photography must be highly polished and represent the scale and quality of the festival. A selection of ambient, branding and establishing shots are required, in addition to crisp documentation of the artworks, performances, workshops and conference. The primary audiences are current and potential festival attendees, stakeholders, partners and peers across the technology, arts, design, and innovation sectors, and press/media.
The photographer(s) will be required to attend the whole festival – 9 days. The following will need to be photographed in full:
Photography of all sessions, workshops and networking spaces, speaker headshots, as well as a range of ambient creative imagery, and images that can be used for promotional purposes.
Photography of the art installation, with a keen eye on detail and representing the interactive nature of the works, where appropriate. All documentation of art projects is to be clean and crisp, and to include documentation of the artworks themselves, plus shots of audience interaction.
Photography of all innovation lab activity. Documentation is to have a focus on people / collaboration – the ‘making and doing’ nature of the programme, capturing what the participants are doing, and the energy of the programme. It will also feature staged shots of participants presenting their work, where appropriate.
Creative imagery of the public realm art programme, including clean, crisp, formal photography of the work, as well as more informal shots of members of the public interacting with it.
Staged Shots and Photo Calls
A series of staged shots and portraits of artists, speakers and participants will be required for circulation to the press. The photographer(s) will be required to liaise with the press team.
