Paul Hamlyn Foundation is an independent grant-making organisation. Established in 1987 by the publisher and philanthropist Paul Hamlyn (1926-2001), it operates three UK programmes in the Arts, Education and Learning, and Social Justice and a programme of support for NGOs in India. Its mission is to help people to maximise their potential and enjoy a better quality of life.
The Foundation gave a grant over three years to provide core support for FutureEverything’s flagship festival in Manchester, in acknowledgement of the national and international recognition the event commands.
Régis Cochefert, the Head of Arts at Paul Hamlyn Foundation says ‘We were delighted and proud to support FutureEverything at a time of change and transition with core support for their main festival. We recognise the role the organisation and FutureEverything play in blurring boundaries between art practice, social innovation and technological experimentation’.
