Conference Tickets

Terms and Conditions for registrants

Your booking constitutes a legally binding contract and our terms and conditions take precedence over those of any other organisation in every case.

As a 2 Day Conference Ticket holder you will gain access to our Conference as a delegate and all workshop events.

Payments & Confirmation of booking

All payments must be in pounds sterling. VAT is applicable at the relevant rate.

Once we have received details of your paid booking, we will send you an email confirmation, along with a receipted invoice. If payment is not made at the time of booking, your registration will be provisional and confirmation will only be sent when payment has been received in full, please contact info@futureeverything.org if you are unable to pay by credit or debit card at the time of booking.

N.B. We must receive payment within the booking rate deadline. If you do not pay within the deadline the next rate will be applied.

Once a Conference Ticket holder has registered and paid they should bring their e-ticket with them to the Conference venue to pick up their passes.

Membership/Concessions will only apply upon presentation of identification.

A Conference Ticket issued at the conference venue confirms accreditation. Once administered, passes are non-transferable.

Note: Conference Tickets allow access to the Conference and Art Exhibition only.  Music events are sold separately.

Music Events

Some music events may be excluded from the music wristband due to capacity restrictions.

FutureEverything are trialling a limited number of wristbands for 2012. Please note that in buying a wristband you become part of a special group of music go-ers who will be contacted directly by the Festival to help make your Festival experience as excellent as possible. This means we will be contacting you to ask which gigs you would like to attend, to help to ensure your smooth access to your favourite shows.

Due to some venues being smaller than others, there will be some limitations of capacity and so we please ask that you let us know your preferences as soon as we contact you. We will then let you know whether you have got a space at the shows.

Cancellations & changes to bookings

We do not accept cancellations.

FutureEverything, at its sole discretion, may cancel or refuse registrations from any individual or company at any time.

Whilst the programme is correct at the time of going to press, FutureEverything reserves the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice. Such alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Where circumstances force cancellation of the conference in its entirety, FutureEverything will make every effort to refund as much of the conference fee to each paying Conference Ticket holder as possible, having regard for any irrecoverable costs of production for which FutureEverything remains liable. FutureEverything is not liable for any consequential loss suffered by the Conference Ticket holder.

Conference Speakers

Views expressed by speakers are their own. FutureEverything disclaim any liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or in any documentation provided to delegates.
