FutureEverything is leading on a new creative engagement programme and art commission as part of the Greater Manchester Great Place Scheme. The project will engage young people (aged 13-19) in exploring the future of the ‘high street’, using digital art, culture and creativity to express their visions and influence change.
Taking place across five towns in Greater Manchester, the project will engage young people through creative collaboration and online workshops, culminating in:
☺ Youth-led digital content
☺ A vibrant online hub / website
☺ 5 x online digital artworks by local artists
☺ A large-scale physical, touring artwork
We’re now seeking a freelance creative web designer/developer or agency to co-design, build and deliver the online hub/web platform strand of the project. The online platform will be created with and for young people reimagining the future of their towns and high streets.
The fee for this project is £9000 (inc. VAT), with the project running between September and March of 2021. This is a remote working contract, with workshops and meetings taking place online.
