Over the past 20 years Emma has built businesses internationally and led cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, operations, research and development, and has led M&A activity. She participated in a management buy-out of a global healthcare manufacturing business in 2015.
Emma now works as a consultant, with recent projects including development of an international commercialisation strategy designed specifically for International Healthcare and helps owners to best prepare their businesses for growth, and then to realise their growth ambitions.
The main sectors in which she operates are healthcare tech, pharmaceuticals, med-tech, AI, digital and Space Technology.
Emma is also a Group Board member of UK India Business Council, the Growth Company.
Emma achieved her Global Executive MBA from Manchester Business School in 2016 and was awarded her MBE for Services to Exporting in 2017. Emma is a speaker at various meetings to promote international trade, digital transformation and investment and Mentors businesses and Entrepreneurs, as a qualified mentor with the Space Hub programme.
