Alex Johansson is an award winning experimental games designer, educator and maker from Sheffield. He is a specialist in approachable design, using LED lights and games controllers made from familiar objects. He is an advocate for creating experiences for marginalised audiences ignored by the industry, such as the elderly.
His most recent work was co-producing the Plug In and Play festival, in which an assortment of approachable, nature themed experiences were developed and exhibited around Rotherham town centre.
