David McFarlane is a musician, facilitator and creative technologist working in Greater Manchester. His work as a digital and sound artist has featured as part of Manchester International Festival, Manchester Science Festival, and Manchester Festival of Libraries.
His work is often related to sound, words, and creative technology. Much of his work has an audible element to it, with links to interactivity, communication, and translation of information. He also has extensive experience in participatory music-making with a range of participants, particularly young people and people in the criminal justice system.
