Bridging human-centred design with emotional storytelling, Holly is a multidisciplinary artist and designer exploring play, memory, and connection across digital and physical realms. Her creative practice uses technology to amplify expression and foster accessible, shared experiences. Through photography, motion, and interactive installations, Holly investigates how abstract emotions and ephemeral moments—often shaped by music, movement, and neurodivergent perception—can be visualised and preserved. She aims to create work that invites participation and joy, particularly for those often excluded from mainstream cultural experiences. Embracing experimentation and vulnerability, Holly’s interactive experiences and installations connect people and celebrate our shared humanity, silliness and all. Alongside her artistic practice, she leads design teams in crafting inclusive digital solutions and passionately advocates for LGBTQ+ rights, sustainability, and community building, mentoring emerging designers.
As part of the PROTO creative engagement programme, designed to support artists in the North in developing their digital skills and creative practice, Holly has been commissioned by FutureEverything to create a new digital artwork.
The piece will be exhibited at the new Stockroom venue in Stockport from May 23rd to June 30th, 2025.
