Hattie Kongaunruan

Hattie (she/her) is our Administrator for Future Everything who will work on streamlining the data collection of our audiences, staff and partners as well as supporting the daily operations for project delivery. She will support the development and management of data gathering models to help us understand the people we work and engage with more deeply.

Previously, Hattie was the Jerwood Arts Creative Bursaries Fellow for Manchester Museum, and Creative Producer for their South Asia Gallery to actively diversify their programmes and pool of creatives. Since completing this placement, she produced their music mentorship programme in partnership with the Indian Music Experience Museum and the British Council. She is regularly commissioned with Curious Minds as a Producer and also worked with Wigan Council as their Engagement Officer for the UEFA Women’s EURO 2022, connecting and embedding communities into the tournament’s cultural projects in Wigan and Leigh.

Outside of work, Hattie is a sculpture artist whose practice largely looks to transform chairs found on the street or from recycling sites into whimsical characters and surreal structures, reacting to their salvage from landfill. Most recently, she won the Curator’s Choice Award with Longsight Art Space, winning her first funded solo exhibition taking place in Summer 2024. Other highlights include being nominated for the Castlefield Artist Development Award 2 at HOME’s ‘Manchester Open’ 2022 exhibition, and regularly facilitates creative workshops to empower children and young people to engage in the arts and climate change discourses.
